RETURN POLICY

  • All items sold on www.probott.com either have a 7 day return policy or a 7 day replacement policy, depending on the product. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase.
  • You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return.
  • Conditions :

    • Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • You must send photos and videos of the package and product on online.sales@probott.com, depending on this the return will be accepted/rejected
    • If an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on online.sales@probott.com, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture
    • Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
    • Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
    • Whether it is a replacement or refund will depend on the following condition:
      • If received wrong colour/model.
      • Physical damage caused to the product in transit.
  • Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 4 to 5 working days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
  • Reverse shipment will be from customer end.
  • Product not eligible for return or replacement:
    • Damages due to misuse of product.
    • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
    • Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
    • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.
